    I am a felon. Im not ashamed nor am I proud. If I was put in the position i was placed, I can honestly say Id do it again with no regrets. I have no regrets of it now. I just happened to be on the Las Vegas Strip with my girlfriend, and a random guy and his buddy started hitting on my lady. I told them back off. They didnt listen so i repeated again with more emphasis. They were drunk(as was I) and continued. Now taking pictures and being lewd I told them stop to no avail. This time tho, they grabbed my girls ass. Well what proceeded was an obvious encounter with some injuries. In the end i went to prison for 2 years for Attempted Battery With Substantially Bodily Harm(plea agreement). I do feel as if it taught me something and has made me a much better and focused individual, that i cant say for others.

    So out of curiousity i have decided to make a poll PRIVATE Of Course. I wonder if there are any other felons who frequent this bbs as often as I do. And if you would like share your story. Its tough out there for felons, the stigmatism and bias is hard to overcome. The jobs are hard to find(i work minimum wage at a recycling yard).

    Share if you want, just dont come here speaking down on people you dont know because something they have done in the past...

    I once stole this dude's bike, sold it on Craigslist, and who ended up buying it?? The dude I stole it from! Traveled 160 miles... must have loved his bike. Long story short, a stupid iphone recorded me confessing that I knew the bike was stolen. Now I'm a felon.

    I caught a felony drug charge when I was 17, but it was my 1st offense and I got it reduced to a misdemeanor. It cost me a lot of money to get it expunged, but it was worth it. Best of luck to you, Maloe.

    I had security escort me out of a bar after some nut swang on my boy. I was damn lucky that night, HPD was in the parking lot. You're a big man BigMaloe to come away from that situation with enlightenment, and not a chip.
