Fajitas aren't such a big of a thing in New Mexico so I quit trying to find decent ones in town. I've found I prefer TexMex over MexMex and NewMex cuisine just because it's what I grew up with and good fajitas are one of the few things that draw me back to Texas a couple times a year. in New Mexico they live and die by "green or red" chile sauce on their enchiladas and breakfast burritos stand in place of breakfast tacos.
