Received one last week (Graphite). Coming from a X, Nice size increase (6.7 screen), very fast, and love the retro iPhone 4&5 design. It is the heaviest / most solid phone I've owned. https://www.tomsguide.com/reviews/iphone-12-pro-max
Good to hear. I'm on the fence. Will probably wait another year, my X is still chugging along just fine. I wish they'd bring back the fingerprint reader.
Why do I get a new one of these every year? the only reason is their **** battery that makes it convenient t

They’re saying the whole screen is going to be a finger print reader next year. I got the 12 pro this year from the x. Couldn’t pass up the 800 off trade in deal. I didn’t go with the max because I just can’t wrap my mind around having that big of a phone.
It is really not that big. LOL. However, I do LOVE the screen. It FEELS SOLID. We really don't know if Apple is going to do the Touch ID under the screen. They could do the power button Touch ID like on the new iPad Air.
I have the 12 Pro Max and the Samsung Galaxy Fold 2. Screen of the Samsung device is even more impressive, but I'm just so used to Apple. I play around with both.
Pulled the trigger on this today. My X has been having cable connection issues for several months and the charge lasts less and less. $700 selling price for a 3yo phone with a few issues is a great deal IMO.
Wow I had no idea i posted this, it was my forecasting the future. Switched carriers and got this (had the X prior). Barely any noticeable differences, did it because battery and why not (once again). gonna start swapping out the battery on these crap phones now instead of upgrading
I’m waiting until next Fall to get a 12Pro, or whatever they end up calling it. I’m assuming that they’ll have the fingerprint reader like the one on the new iPad Air (a very nice tablet, btw), 120hz, and continue to improve their fantastic camera. Lidar is too good to pass up. A great feature that allows fantastic images in low light. The display on the new 12 is a little larger than the one on my Plus, yet fits better in my front pocket. The ProMax may simply be too large. We’re going to travel a lot in 2022, go to Europe, assuming we’re allowed, and I want the best iPhone camera that’ll fit in my pocket.
What special things do y’all do with your phones that makes y’all want to buy a new 1k phone every couple of years? y’all some wild dudes.
This Christmas I upgraded my iPhone 6 to an iPhone 12 Pro. It was a massive upgrade. Been really happy with it so far.
