what is your domain name? cf can assess the value of your domain.

The value is whatever the buyer is willing to pay and the seller is willing to let it go for.

I beg to differ. The value is whatever the domain is worth.

the value depends on availability of other options.

Industry-wide gas trading/ETRM software, so this might either be coming from Openlink or some third party vendor or consultant. Maybe look at other high profile domain sales and find out the ratio of post-acquisition sales to the site price. Maybe talk to some independent business broker/appraisal consultants (CBI, ABV, ASA certifications).

If you don't need this domain, I'd let it go for $1000, maybe $1200. It's a .net (not .com) and not a common name. If it were endure.net, it would be a different story.

That being said, you should find out who the buyer is and how much this is worth to him/her. If his company is named Endur, then you can charge more. Do a trademark search and find out.

endur.net won't fetch that much but as others have mentioned, try to find out their true identity and purpose. if they have deep pockets, you can maybe get $5-10K out of them if you are lucky but .net domains really don't have that much value.

based on my experience acquiring domains for the companies i've worked for, i would offer $500 for endur.net. if i already owned endur.com that would be my final offer.

if you do come to an agreement, use escrow.com to handle the transaction. good luck!
