Lin is just down to earth. He doesn't have the charisma of some natural leaders (duh), but he leads in other ways. To be fair, no one on our team has that natural charisma, maybe Parsons is the closest?

It was during the POR game. Don't know the specific play but my guess was a miscommunication on an offensive play which resulted in a TO.
