yeah i mean i know what you're saying and i agree to an extent. i just think it was more fluke-ish and could have happened regardless of whether he was healthy or not. but yeah, hope he's fine. should rest him for this game even if it's nothing serious and probably until the all star break even though we'd probably lose a lot.

He walked off the court on his own, right? Can players do that if there's major ligament damage?

Not necessarily. Yes, it bears more weight, but the same leg is also less stable. Just depends..

He might have hyper-extended it or sprained it. Either way he won't be back from the way he walked off.

i've seen people with torn acl's do it. but his looked more like a sprain the way he was testing it while walking to the tunnel

yes it is possible to walk w/ a torn acl or mcl. many people do it. hopefully it's nothing of that nature though.

Praying sincerely right now. This season was magical. Hate to have it end like this.

Players that tear their ACL always need to be helped off the floor whether it's from teammates, stretcher, or wheelchair.

Not likely a hyperextension....flexed in both the take off and landing.

Cush walked off the field under his own power on his second ligament tear. Hope Hardens fine :(
