Are there rules to what teams are allowed to use as far as music, but also sounds of any kind? I remember when the Hornets always had that bee buzzing sound when games got tense for a duration of up to 15 seconds sometimes, but also others like when the opponent missed they had that high pitched zing noise like whoops. I only noticed a quite soft buzz for about 3 seconds in the whole game vs. Bucks, so that's why I wondered about the rules surrounding it.

I'm curious, too. I recall during the Rockets/Lakers game on Tues, the PA guy was talking during Dwight's free throws after that scuffle with Kobe. I don't think I've seen that happen before.
