Not really impressed, he pretty much is making it clear he wants a triple dub every game. The whole team is going along with it too. WB outside chasing stats is a hell of a player. Fun to watch him explode up and down the court.

totally impressed... westbrook is the best dunking point guard of all time - and possibly the best coast to coast speed ever?

Totally impressed with his relentless energy every minute he is on the court. It's like he ahs downed a Gallon of red bull or whatever energy drink kids use these days.

I think he has the triple double average locked up. He just needs to average a little over 8 rebounds and 8 assists for the remaining 14 games. Hopefully the Thunder go 7-7 or worse in that span and Memphis, Utah and LA wake the eff up.

I've grown a bit tired of his act. He chases the stats and I'm quite alright with that, everyone does that to a certain degree, but he's been on camera where the media asks him about his triple doubles and he says something like he doesn't give a **** about stats or its only the media that cares about it and he's only about the wins. I'm just worn out of all the KD-Russ drama.

He stops chucking, starts sharing the ball, and they go on a winning streak. Coincidence?

This is exactly why the he has no help argument is weak. Taking 30-40 shots nueters his help. He does that to himself and when they do finally get the ball there is no level of comfort, flow, or rhythm. It has been proven that one guy dominating the ball to that extent and taking that many shots is not the best way to win basketball games.

You know he's only doing that because his assist average was in jeopardy of dipping below 10. One of the biggest reasons why I want to play OKC in the first round is because Russ is gonna go back into rage mode during the playoffs, and basically try and do everything himself. The Rockets will eat that **** up.

Westbrook is known to love taking shots so him averaging 20 pts a game isn't too surprising after Durant left. The 10 rebs is impressive but not insane because he's always been an elite rebounding guard (AFTER multiple knee surgeries). The 10 assists however is the most impressive stat he's averaging.

Now if he was on a top 4 team in the NBA he would win the MVP for sure, because he's not however, I think Harden still has a chance if we somehow over take the Spurs in the rankings.

Agreed. the 10 assists is impressive, especially on that horrible team without any shooters.

The rebounds you expect , especially on that horrible shooting team

When you're handling the ball 9 out of every 10 plays shooters are bound to make a couple of shots and big men a couple of dunks on the roll. I don't see why 10 assists is suddenly MVP-level-impressive.

Is there some sort of advanced metric for assists-per-pass? Assist efficiency? :p

    DAMN YOU"RE RIGHT.

    This ain't alternative fact

I looked up the last 5 wins in a row and he took an average of 20 shots

The last 4 lost in a row, he took an average of 32 shots. 32 shots!!!

32 shots!! FOLKS, get this in your head, 32 shots a game and your team lose and you still keep shooting.

    This is your MVP.

The Thunders got blown out by the GSW again tonight because WB tried to embarrass "WHO HE"

After he realize "WHO HE" was the MVP for the past 2 years and he couldn't beat "WHO HE" with skills, your 2017 MVP tried to get "WHO HE" kicked out of the game because that was the only way he can beat "WHO HE"

Against Stephanie Curry, who is the worst 1 on 1 defender in the NBA, next to Kanter.

"Russell Westbrook is shooting 35.1 percent over 11 games against Golden State, his worst percentage against a single opponent in that time span."

Westbrook got into a chicken fight with Curry to stay in the headlines while getting beat down tonight.

What a tool. It's working though. But what a tool.

Pfft, wake me up when when he can hit the game winning 94 ft layup at brisk jogging pace.

Curry isn't the one guarding Westbrook most of the time.
