Trying to find Ultimate Jump Stars in a store here in Houston. I have heard that some Frys locations carry copies but, if anyone has been to the Frys off of 45, then you know it can be hard at times to find what you are looking for. Don't even try to find a specific music CD there, for future reference to anyone thinking of going there Lol. Of course, I will try there, but I was wondering if there was a store that sells import games for sure here in Houston.

I remember an import store named Microplay on the Northwest side of town, but they have since closed or moved. Not sure which. If anyone knows an excellent place to go that sells imported games i.e. Jump Ultimate Stars, please let me know. Thank you in advance to anyone who can help.

Play-asia.com and NCSX are my next options heh.

Well, I know that the Frys on 45 south has a lot of imports. Can't guarantee I've seen Jump Stars, but it really seems as though I have before when browsing...

No, not yet. I just decided tonite that I want the game. Along with a DS that may be an adventure in and of itself to find with the mass sellouts I have heard about Lol. I will try that Fryes though, thanks.

Definetly seen it at Fry's... and also at Best Buy recently along with a couple of other imports for DS. :)

:) :) Well, that is definitely good news. One question though. Are you sure it was Jump Ultimate Stars and not Jump Superstars, the first iteration of the game. I am really looking for the sequel. I know the 1st game is at Frys, but the 2nd is fairly new and I'm not sure if it is being distributed at Frys yet.

Thank you for the info though! :)

Hey dude I was thinking about buying that game as well... But I heard it requires a guide to understand the game... so, I'm not sure.

Yeah, it does. I am a bit apprehensive about it myself, but heck, if the others at http://www.gamefaqs.com/portable/ds/data/933199.html can understand it there, I can as well. It will probably be a bit difficult to get down, but once you do you will get a unbelievable fun and deep game. If you like animes/mangas as much as me, then it will be worth it. That is my vision of how it will work at least.

Past looking for Jump Ultimate Stars, does anyone know where there is a DS Lite actually in stock? Been looking for a few days and they are completely sold out everywhere. One word: Wow. Lol

Not really familiar with the supply of DS Lites in Houston (or anywhere for that matter), but it has sold close to 3M systems in the last 2 months alone (just in the US). Combined with the insane demand in Japan (not to mention Europe) for the DS, I imagine Nintendo could have some difficulties in keeping a good supply of systems to meet demand in every region.

Just a rough guess here...there might be something more specific than that, particularly in the Houston area.

Actually there are; including the first 2D Mario game in like 15 years. The first one since.. Super Mario World 2, I guess.

It also plays GBA games so all the old Mario games (1,2,3,World, etc.) are playable.
