Nobody has claimed him to be the stopped of anything. He was brought in to be a playable wing rotation player that we did not have before he looks injured and tentative to me not sure if his role.
Not true. In Cleveland, he came back from injury only to be buried by LBJ...Look at is 3pt % over the last few years...it improved...3 & D ...Shump is still a consistent player when healthy.
I hope he doesn't go all Ryan Anderson on us. Especially since Shump's expiring contract is the only good part of the two trades that erased the legacy of Ryan Anderson: "Take the shot, Maverick!" "(Talk to me, Goose.) No....it, it's no good." "Maverick's disengaging, sir!" "GOD****IT!" "I don't want to shoot, you shoot!"
Give him some time of actual game situations and film review. Some players want to do really well and over think it.
He's been coached and played another way for probably his entire life. It shouldn't be baffling that after only 8 games he is still reverting to what he's been doing for most of his career.
Nobody in that thread called him a stopper of anyone and yes I read it all. so try again or maybe just admit to the hyperbole.
Why would I need to, you claimed posters on here said those things not some guy in a random video. Anyway if you wanna keep up this narrative go right ahead.
Cut out the long 2s and he'll be fine in limited minutes, he's a good enough defender to get some time on the floor.
Because your statement "Nobody has claimed him to be the stopped of anything." is wrong. When did I ever say that I claimed it was posters in a thread? Please quote me. I don't see the difference between people/media uploading videos/comments in youtube versus posters here.
I said it since day 1 of the signing, his knee sucks. We already have enough injury prone players on the team as is.
1. Can I compare him to Farieds first 7-8 games 2. My biggest worry with him at the moment is that he looks completely lost and is making poor BBIQ decisions, which is especially bad considering he HAS played for Dantoni and his system in the past.
