I really enjoyed Perth, great weather, great beaches and a lot of culture. People were generally very friendly, even the bogans. It's also not very large and easy to get around with a great free public transportation in the center of the city. Only drawbacks are it's expensive and a long way from every other major urban area.
London and Paris. I have lived in both and Paris is probably ahead but a lot of that is a personal nostalgia relationship I have with the city. And, of course, it is ridiculously expensive living in London. Just plain brutal.
