If you are not use to working out is it normal to feel bad afterwards? Not sore but bad. 20 minutes after working out for less than 10 minutes I felt like I had a really bad hangover, extremely week, but the worse part was my head felt like it was going to explode. I have a pretty psysical job that involve a lot of heavy lifting and pulling. Just not alot of reps like working out.

Could just be tired, since your job already involves labor....maybe tension headache, if your job has caused muscular imbalances...i'd wait and see what keeps happening, could be a fluke (as far as being related to the workout)

Edit- i didnt see the "after just 10 min" part.....+1 on dehydration and seeing a doc before starting exercise regimen.

That's definitely not normal. Go see your doc if the symptoms continue.

Sounds like you may have had an exercise induced headache. Happened to me a couple of years ago out of nowhere. Had to lay off the weights for a few months before resuming.

If you just started working out, you should go easy at first and gradually increase the intensity each time.

Practice proper breathing technique, allowing enough oxygen to the brain.

See a doctor. Might be something more that a workout triggered.

Ever watch that TV show House? They sometimes make the patients run on a treadmill to see if they spaz out and keel over.

    That could be you.

Regardless of what conclusion you come to, see a doctor.

Maybe it has a lot to do with your body getting rid of toxins? Do you work with with toxic substances?

I don't get headaches but working out doesn't make me feel good. The only thing that makes me feel better after I do it is yoga. I actually feel refreshed after I do it.

How old are you? If you have not seen a doctor for a full physical in the past year, it may be time to pay him a visit.

So...10 minutes of intense pulling with a lot of repetitive motion until your head was about to explode. No Fap September isn't over yet, you know.
