I want back the time I spent watching this joke of a game. Having said that, let's admit that the three most dangerous things that happened were Gerald Green hustling for a loose ball, P.J. Tucker hustling for a ball going out of bounds, and P.J. hustling for a rebound. If any of those plays had resulted in a serious injury (and we don't yet know how sore P.J. will be tomorrow), we'd be sitting here b****ing about our guys taking undue risks when they already had the 1 seed wrapped up.
That's why it's MDA's job to hold guys back to ensure were at full force for the playoffs. Guys aren't going to ask to be sat - esp Harden after all his bravado last year and about resting after the season is done... it's like holding yer buddy back when he's trying to fight some guy twice his size - lol! Tarik Black came in the last 2 minutes or whatever and had more energy than most of the squad had all night (GG and EGO excluded). Clint kept trying to toss the ball in the bucket - instead of going up strong with 2 hands... Most of the guys were keeping themselves in check bc they didnt want to risk a fluke injury... MDA has to manage that. Meaningless games = clear the bench and let's see who we might want to carryover to next year... and dont risk the rotational guys...
