James is only gonna get worse I'm afraid... He'll get a bigger contract and that will lead to more ego and less dedication. I'm starting to think we need to look to get a big return and rebuild but that will never happen with Les.
If he needs someone else to 'motivate' him - trade him now. There are plenty of things that you have to teach and train to players - motivation shouldn't be one of those things... kick him to the curb as he will never be anything but fool's gold!
