Lin is a scrub and mental midget in Tinsatan's tiny little mind.

    These people aren't rockets fans
They have mentioned that' they have accounts for other teams
Why would anyone have an account here and one on the Charlotte site?

Rookification is done for a reason buddy
    I suggest you avoid rookies

Yup. Overpaying Lin would be a mistake. I think Lin is a very average point guard. Good as a back-up and nothing more on a contender.

Of course, it would be fun to see Tinman tortured by the Lin fans. Perhaps they could get their own forum. Tinman vs. 99 LOF.

If we could bring Lin back for a reasonable price I wouldn't be opposed to it from a player personal stand point. Jeremy is a good kid. Smart player. Works hard. I was never mad at him as a player even if I was disappointed in his performance vs. his contract.

However, from a clutchfans stand point I hope to god they don't bring him back. I am so glad to be rid of that rabid army of Lin worshipers. They temporarily ruined this forum.

Lin is way better than what tinman makes him out to be but way worse than most of his fans think he is

    Yep lol.

Btw yeah, i'm not against having him back, i just think that with the same money (if not less) we can eventually sign Llull which i think is a bit better overall so, even in a scenario where top names are not coming, i'd still prefer Llull (if he really wants to come here).

    Wow, that's impressive.

More realistic for Lin as a starter is 17pts 7asst 1.5 steals and 2.5TO...FG 45% 3pts 35% FT 80% and his defense has really improved with the Hornets.

I would say the Lin haters are ruining it more. They post more about Lin than the few remnant LOFs left post about Lin. Don't believe me? Look at the Lin threads in the General NBA sub forum and see who posts there the most.

Llull is unproven. With Lin we are pretty certain what type of production we are going to get. We will get a pg who will create for himself and others and be a good attacker to the basket against NBA defenses, something we are lacking.

We don't know how Llull will handle NBA defenses on a daily bases.

Didn't he not get that much playing time with the Lakers as evident of him playing behind Ronnie Price which I believe even the most irrational Tinman like poster would agree that he is at the very least more capable of him. It was quite obvious the Lakers were tanking that season.

    Wait wait wait.

Realistically his numbers for a starter are 7 assists and 2.5 turnovers?

    What reality is this?

Career best season was a 2.1(career average 1.8333)assist to turnover ratio and it's now realistic to think as a starter he can get to 2.8?
