Mavs are not going anywhere. Their star player is overrated who disappears against decent defenders and can be shut down.
Of coarse I was bitter. But OUR ENEMY??????? One series makes them our enemy? The JAZZ were enemies. The Sonics were Enemies. We were beat in one series and Dallas played a hell of a series. Last year we made 20 "Believe It" shirts for the playoffs here at UT and when we lost there was an unhealthy amount of binge drinking. EVERY YEAR the mavs have a great team. That says something about the team. The fans there have been there every season in full. I was happy they lost last year but they have nothing to do with us this year. Great players. Great Fans. Great Organization.

i'm sort of a Dallas Mavericks Fan. I lived in dallas from age 9-18, but Houston is my first love. I lost my virginity to Hakeem and the 87 Rockets. But I kinda grew up to Dallas as well since they were the hometown team.

When i watched the mavs/spurs game last night, i realized that i havent rooted against a team this hard since the jazz back when they made their run. dirk = the white karl malone (for me anyway)
