I didn't read the article, but I will later. I briefly glanced at it and they mentioned the word "Echelon". I don't know if government officials will readily talk about it or even of the fact it exists (maybe the article gets into that), however several European(?) media folks have somehow verified this satellite network does exist. As an FYI, supposedly this satellite system is how we were/are able to keep tabs on Osama bin Laden and his fools.
Wakko67.. Of course I enjoy my freedom and privacy. I was fooling around. I guess my thought is that there are reasons why these spying techniques are being used and since they are most likely triggered by the "dictionary" or certain strings of words that cause red flags, I probably would never attract their attention. I don't think that there is a camera trained on me everytime I smoke a bowl in my house.. If there was, they'd be stupid for wasting their time and our money on such a trivial thing.
