Harden's style of play is great when hes on....BUT....

When he's off it is some of the ugliest basketball you could watch.

Harden is ball dominant and doesn't play off ball as much as curry does. Curry plays a different style of ball and really, the style he plays is more team oriented and more conducive to winning.

Curry will give the ball up and run around screens or go set screens or make the hockey assist type passes.

Harden wants the ball and he's running pick and roll or going at his man one on one.

NO, it's a ball movement system. Point guard doesn't even run the team. Iggy and Draymond runs the team.

Mike D has his PG runs the team the entire time.

That's why he made Harden the PG to make him happy and that's why Melo hated D'Antoni, because he couldn't hog the ball

There are 30 games left for this season. Rockets need to win 24 to have 60 wins. That would be 80% wining rate for the rest of the season. I guess you are one of those "in Morey we trust".

Yeah. They were until they lost 7 of their last 12. 60 win teams don't do that.

They could potentially make it with how easy the upcoming schedule is. I wouldn't bet on it though.

Have you seen the schedule? we have a ton of home games left and against weak teams. We had one of the toughest scheduels till now and it will only get easier from here. 60 wins is a real possibility.

If Curry had the same pressure harden has to carry the inferior Rockets interms of sheer talent he would not be able to give the ball up. He would have to dominate the rock as well.

It's not just about giving the ball up. It's about what they do when they give it up. Curry sets screens, runs off of screens makes quick passes...

Harden will give the ball to Gordon and just stand around. Watch him.

Even when Harden was in OKC he played the same way. Get the ball up top and do his Harden thing.

It works for the most part, but when it doesn't the Rockets become extremely beatable.

Your math is correct. I think we will win end on 59 frankly. I don't consider that different than a 60-win calibre team.

It's all speculation of course but I am very dubious that Curry could put a team on his back (with limited weapons) the way Harden has been doing. That burden every night, and not always having the luxury of getting favorable player match-ups because you don't have "super sidekicks" like Thompson, Durant, Green to help take the pressure off?

I think many NBA players feel this way and that's why Curry isn't looked quite as favorably in the NBA players eyes as he is in the media/fan eyes.

Hey man, I was at least expecting you to come back and call me a dumbass for my response to your earlier post haha.

23 out of 30...that's a pretty damn lofty goal! Here's to hoping....
