    Damn what the hell... Was dry heaving on my way to work yesterday and I have been running to the bathroom every 15 minutes. The BBS is contagious!!!!

    I'm feeling completely fine now guys. Still felt pretty crappy last night, but woke up this morning feeling normal....just in time for my power to go back out. :mad:

    Let's just say it was violent coming out both ways. My stomach still isn't the same 3 days after.

    don't eat frozen kimchi. let's just say that when the girls were waiting to go out, i was in the bathroom for one hour. had to take a shower too. still went out and got drunk on the same day. :D

    drink a bottle of pedialite after youre done throwing up. Otherwise you're going to pass out.

    Pedialyte works wonders for hydration. When I ran track in college I used to be plagued by cramping issues. Since cramping is directly a result of dehydration I would drink a bottle of pedialyte before my races and was fine once I started doing that.

    I read that pickle juice prevents cramping and alot of professional athletes now use it.

    I think i've heard too although I never have tried it. Brine or "pickle juice" is essentially salt water and one of the many causes for cramping is low blood salt. It makes sense, it would just be pretty hard to take down a bunch of salt water. The Pedialyte I used was the clear flavorless type that I could just mix with water, Gatorade or whatever and barely be able to taste it.
