It was short stint with the Rockets. But I felt he was real. he tells you how he feels, not words from old books, he tells you from the heart <iframe width="420" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/hb9CWnqaASQ" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe> <iframe width="560" height="315" src="//www.youtube.com/embed/aZtxQkay0ac" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Artest is a solider through and through. A hard nose defender, and a great teammate. He was here for a minute so its not like we can put him up there with the Rox's legend.
Yao was great but that era was very frustrating too. It seems like every time we got something going, the injury bug bit us hard.
I miss that whole team, if it weren't for injuries there'd be a third banner hanging in Toyota Center.
I couldn't believe Ron went to the Lakers after leading the "Beat LA" chant in Toyota Center. He and Kobe went at it a couple times in that Lakers series too...him leaving was heartbreaking...and ironically that heart break, just like this offseason's heartbreak, was followed by an Ariza signing.
I was just thinking about him today for some reason. His cross court lob to Aaron Brooks is one of my favorite sports moments of all time. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AZzEVhotlgY
