No better way to spend my 10,000th post on this site then to say to you my thoughts are with you and I send a little energy your way to get through the day. I have a 4 year old son and he means more then anything else in the world to me. And you are right you can be a man all you want but you cannot prepare for this. Cherish the memories and record them in a permanent way so your daughter can remember her mother and brother in the future when she is older.
I am also a father and can not come to comprehend the hurt you and your family are going through. Stay strong, it's how your son and ex-wife would want you to be. You and your daughter are in my prayers
my mother was concerned for me when i told her i was going on lake travis for july 4th and mentioned your story. never would have thought there was a CF brother affected by this. this is truly a tragedy, i'm sorry for your loss.
I read something like this and try to imagine what it would be like if it were my 7 year old son that this happens to and my heart feels like it is going to stop beating just thinking about it. Thoughts and prayers out to you. Things like this should never happen in this world, but they do. So sorry for your loss.
A friend lost his child in a drowning on June 28th, and it hurt me deeply. I cannot even begin to imagine what you or he would be going through. I have deep sympathy and sorrow for people who lose children, and your loss is not an exception. Please accept my condolences, sir.
Breaks my heart to read this. Sorry for you're loss man. I will help as soon as i have some disposable income. Hope the Rockets or whatever else makes you happy can give you some happiness if even for a minute. It's also a BLESSING that you still have your daughter with you
