I honestly think Patrick Beverley is our most important player.

    I mean, his whole demeanor is EXACTLY what the Rocket's defense needs to get it in gear. I've watched him play extensively this season, and its literally like night and day when he's in the game and when he isn't. Its like the entire team plays with w certain swagger thats simply absent when he isn't in the lineup.

    He's easily best defender, and hustles on every play. When his shot isn't falling, he creates for others and generally shuts down opposing players. I mean, how can anyone be mad at him for starting?

    He is a necessary player just like every other starters on this team. Who is to say the 14 rebs grabbed by Howard every game or the 24 pts by James Harden is not important. Necessity and sufficiency.

    Definitely agree. PB's urgency and in your face type attitude is the best thing for this team. Him and Parson are the most important players not named Dwight or James

    Harden- Heart
    Parson-both the kidneys
    Jones- the Lungs
    And Bev- the Liver, the one who cleans out all the nastyness from the body and puts it all out on the floor. :D..... Def a part of a championship bound team.

    another trollish topic. No I do not think PB is the most valuable player. He probably is the 7 or 8th most valuable player on the ROckets so far.
