The Rockets would be good to root for though. Because they can go beyond the stratosphere whereas the best Clipper ship can 'only sail the seven seas'. I believe losing temporarily can make you stronger in the next years. Clippers were always losing in the 2nd round prior to this. And they still could. Getting the girl is not the most important thing. If you are president or some rich dude, they will flock to you. If you are still positive when life is not good, that is a plus. You keep on fighting. Nirvana is probably something that is fitting. A life and death cycle.
25 points, 11 assist, 1 block shooting FG 8-16, 3PT 4-7 What a scrub! No heart! James did his thing, he scored 25 points very efficiently whiling dishing out over 10 assist. His teamates didn't p Airza, Jones, Prigioni and Smith went 12-37 from the field Reddick, Paul and Rivers hit 10 out 18 3 pointers Griffin, Rivers and Reddick had 22, 25 and 31 points Second highest scorer behind Harden? Howard for a 14. Clippers shot 55/40/83 We shot 40/33/58 As a team we were just trash, giving up way to many easy 3's and high % shots, shooting like total ****.
I don't know how to embed tweets, but Bimathug posted on twitter Harden's numbers excluding the garbage time in game 3 and they are 22.7 ppg (.428/.400/.960), 9.7 apg. Harden is not the reason the Rockets are losing.
it says you hate harden and you think tmac is a leader the word tmac and word leader don't even correlate because tmac is not a leader
Harden has been playing well enough to carry us through the regular season, but not the playoffs. Teams have to step up their games to be successful in the playoffs, and Harden can't do that on his own. He is getting zero help on offense.
Boy, it's becoming harder to defend Harden. Yeah, he needs help. But he's gotta lead the team. In Game 2, we made our run when he sat down because of his 4th. Ultimately, it's not the coaching. Harden must fight every possession. 3 seasons in the playoffs and he's still the same. Last year Troy Daniels had bigger heart than him. This year he was saved by Josh Smith in the DAL series. I'm still waiting for him to lead us in a game in the playoffs from start to finish, like superstars do.
The problem with his attitude is that he's done it enough that the term "Playoff Harden" is well known. I don't want to completely bail on him, so I'll reserve judgement until Game 4 (I still think Dwight should be the main focus, but I guess that's not the way Management wants it to go). But if Playoff Harden still shows up next game, then I can safely say the people defending him are probably Harden Only Fans.
Harden is who he is, a great player but misses the fire like so many other would've been great players if they had IT. Harden just does not have it, he needs to score big to become confident, he does not want to work hard on defense like stop their best player or anything. He only wants to work on offense, kind of like T-mac. He will never be a winner until he becomes mentally tough and play hard for 48 minutes.
MK was so right. Best playoff year of his career(top3-5 player in these playoffs) but the "playoff Harden" narrative is going as strong as ever.
Lol too bad this douche would get pissed when tinman would make a thread like this about T-Mac. Don't know if he's attention whoring or what.
It's attention whoring. OP included TMac reference in the poll as a jab to Tmac. I wish Harden played like TMac in the playoffs. But it's asinine to consider either guy as the main reason the team lost.
In the history of the Rockets where you have Hakeem Olajuwon and Moses Malone and Clyde Drexler, and you think of Tmac as a 'leader'? This guy ain't a Rockets fan for sure.
