Im telling this the whole season.... you just need go-ahead not supper efficient in high volume but harder to make a single one 3pointer. If James is fouled everytime he drives why he wont just attack the rim?

MDA has never been good at adjustments in game and it costs us at least a few games each year. Very frustrating!

It blows my mind that the coaching staff decided to start Gary Clark at center when we have Nene and Hartenstein. This is sheer incompetence and that decision cost us the game due to the horrible early start. Same goes for not playing either at the end when we needed defense and rebounding.

You look at the way this team plays, and it's just all ISO-ball which you don't need an NBA-level coach in order to execute. I'm not saying this is a bad thing because Harden is great at it, but what exactly is MDA's job if he doesn't even call timeouts when necessary and try to manage players' minutes? He rarely comes up with brilliant sets or plays, never makes in-game adjustments, and the 'system' we're currently running requires almost zero input from MDA.

I'm just baffled by how little influence and work MDA has been doing during his tenure here. I don't see anything from him that impresses me as a coach, and it sucks because Harden deserves better than that after playing under McHale for so long.

It's not Danto, it's harden. Do you trust Harden or not?

Enough. This team is a bad joke. The way MDA closes matches is shameful. I still do not understand how this team repeats the same mistakes over and over again.

we should stay cp3 in the game, why change a new joiner when we get a lead in the last 5 mins. MDA sucks. seems Ennis is better

Wish we had a coach who coached. That’d be nice.

    Several baffling decisions tonight:
    1. Faried at the 4 does great in the first half. Not to be seen in the second
    2. Gerald Green is off as hell in the first half. Plays critical minutes in the 4th
    3. Harden has several terrible shots and step back 3s midway through the 4th. Pulls CP3 instead of allowing him to run the show
    4. Playing Rivers and Gordon extended time at the 3

Refs were atrocious but we gave them the chance to take it away. DAntoni with his baffling decisions. Harden with his chucking. And the front office for not providing the wings needed to run a competent switching scheme on D.

Good lord this team is frustrating.

Yes yes yes yes and no. No on baffling.

More like typical. I hate his lineups and changes throughout a game. I hate his lack of coaching and proper adjustments. I hate the small ball. I'm beginning to hate DAT, Morey, and Mr. Staying under the Luxury tax saved my Ass.

Rick Adelman is a hall of fame coach and has taken teams to the NBA Finals ,
speaking of getting screwed by refs, he got screwed when he was coaching the Kings

He clearly is a better coach than D'Antoni.

    Thanks man.

Honestly, I can somewhat excuse #1 (Faried at the 4):

    A) We hadn’t run a two-big lineup all year so it’d be tough to go to it in a critical moment, and

    B) The Lakers would’ve likely just packed the paint and dared us to give it to Manimal on the perimeter.

But that double pick action worked so well...why did we not use that at all later??

Moreyball has drives to the rim and fts which apparently MDA forgot.

He ran out Faried and Capela at one point and maximized the roster on the first half 2nd half ita like he turned off his brain.
