I Can't Blame it on the Alcohol either By Ramie Foxx and G-Fat

    I was about 5'9-5'10 ish and weighed about 150 lbs , now im same height now 165 lbs steady for a while.

    I wanna get back to 150 ish , lose the belly fat . I used to be a liquor guy , but i haven't touched a drop of alcohol in about 3 months +. I guess some of the sugary food is getting me in trouble, and lack of enough exercise last few months. I kind of went through some rough patch and still going through it , i lost interest in exercise , eat out more often which is not so healthy.

    Anyways long story short im 5'9 , 165 lbs . I gotta lose belly fat , get lean , get my endurance back. I gotta be motivated to keep the lbs off and exercise a lot.
    I know diet and exercise are some of keys to be in shape for the long term. I am looking for a long term cure to get into tip-top shape and keep it for a long time.

    But just besides diet and exercise , if some of the "experts " here who have lost a decent amount of lbs . How did you all lose it and keep it that way for the long term ?

    I guess i am looking for diet stuff , what kinda of stuff did yall quit eating . Which ones did yall pick up to stay in shape and help keep it that way ?

    uhhh diet and exercise.

    if you just want to lose fat/weight a strict diet will do that, little to no exercise required.

    although you could send me $150 bucks and i'll email you my super secret way of staying in shape while eating fast food and sitting on the couch.
