    But in reality you should stay away from South East Houston or anything near those Ghetto areas

    Actually south east Houston isn't too bad. League city is sorta ****ty and seabrook is too but Clear Lake and friendswood are pretty nice. And honestly I would flip the car, but my mom has always wanted a BMW and this was probably our best shot at getting a great one for her.
