Not saying he did but it wouldn't be a stretch.

Would it be so hard to believe Dwight himself wanted to come back ASAP? Contrary to what the haters say, he has lots of heart, he's just a fun-loving guy who enjoys his life unlike many haters who love to spin his joker attitude the wrong way. Sure, he has his flaws, but that doesn't mean he has any less heart than the next NBA player.

I mean Howard has played the larger part of a season injured. He's played, and produced at a high level, in the playoffs... INJURED. And now that the Rockets are in a tailspin, I completely understand if he wanted to force his way back and help us.

Well of course the owner of a team that is paying a man $22 million for the season, is going to want to get him on the court as much as possible. I still don't think they would bypass what the physicians are saying just to appease the owner.

And this is the issue. Last year with DMO and D12 to a point we established some semblance of an inside game. This year. NOTHING. Players guarding james, terry, ariza and such can stay home or not venture far off. When we had DMO scoring inside teams had to defend that which gave our spot up shooters 1 second or so more to get a shot off. That could make a big difference in our 3 pt percentage which is dog droppings right now.

Yep. If you want to trade Howard, first thing you need to do is showcase his ability to play B2Bs.

Apparently those 10-15 mins he can last at the moment determines he is a better fit on this team.

Howard's back to back thing was never set in stone..Mc hale mentioned it before the season and everyone assumed it was locked in. He later clarified it wasn't, that he just meant they had to be careful with Dwight and monitor him closely...but then he started having back soreness, so they were forced to do it , until it got better....they have been saying he was improving and getting closer to playing back to backs, even before Les said it.

So, I don't think this had anything to do with Les OR Dwight. It was just time, period.

I wouldn't have a problem with this, but there is pretty much nowhere to trade him with that contract. Maybe some sort of crazy deal with SacTown where you trade for Boogie and Rudy Gay.

Diwght expressed concern with his health and life after basketball. Les expressed his dissatisfaction that Dwight doesn't play even though he's healthy.

It went from full season of missed b2b to just one month. Obviously Les had a word in this. Dwight might not like it. On top of averaging 5 FGA. Anywho, Dwight has more than enough reasons to leave Houston and not be blamed for it.

No, it didn't go from full season to a month. The team took back the full season comment before the season and said it wasn't set in stone. Even Dwight said it would depend on how he feels, on Periscope, and that was before McHale's firing.
