    That is totally up to Melo, if the thinks he's getting anything more than the MLE from the Rockets he is living on fantasy island with Mr Rourke and Tattoo.

    The only point you should care about is that Morey is one of the best GMs in the NBA and I'm not sweating it because he's got all the scenarios to deal with resigning his players.

    Got to get those players first however and Melo is not even a Rocket yet. You are being a premature evaluator right now

    How can the Rockets re-sign a player that they waive a month or two into the season for being washed on court while still demanding minutes?

    It’s easy to find Harden type players. Just see the top 2-3 6th man players. Give them 15 more minutes a game and you got Harden.

    Omer Asik would of been MVP if we kept him a little longer.

    Ask CP3 to take a pay cut and share part of his salary with Melo. How much it will be shared, it's between those two now. Rockets will be paying CP3 & Melo 40M per year. #NewMath :cool:

    Melo will have a decent season... we'll only be able to offer him so much - and someone else will give him more... this is a one and done scenario...

    Underrated post. Ppl act like Melo is signed. We are still reviewing the verbal agreement. He can sign to Miami any minute.

    honestly it just depends on how successful we are this season.. if we make the finals he stays, if we dont make the finals he goes.. simple as that
