No I do blame a certain level of their government but not their entirety. This is probably the most devestating gobal financial crisis in history or will be. But don't blame their manufacturing firms etc.
Take away the money and the government will have to comply. Global politics 101. Maybe the many many millionaires and billionaires of China (who own much of the property in the US) will have to pay a higher tax but basically, the more money you put in the hands of people who do not prioritize humanity or know what it is, the more you can expect to severely falter.

You are blaming the wrong people. Those billionaires are literally as angry, if not more so, than you are as they are being financially bled dry. The people that they bribe or do business with in the actual government that are supposed to access the situation are at fault. It's like blaming Bill Gates or Warren Buffet for Trump's administrative mistakes. This virus could have been nobody's fault. It and its family of viruses is harbored by a particular bat or bats... The bite of the creatures could set it all off... The problem is, if exterminated, what eco balance is off set and creates other problems?
Sure it would get here eventually but China being a major part of our supply chain is a disaster waiting to happen in itself. Just look at medications - we do much of the research and development here in the USA under FDA regulations , then its produced in China. What happens when we are in direct conflict with China and our meds are cut off ? Then there's all the other crap we import from China .... We've fueled their economy with our desire for cheap **** for the last 40+ years to the detriment of our own economy and are now reliant upon them as a major source for a whole lot of stuff that's important to daily life. Obama negotiated TPP which was designed to address this exact issue and spread our supply chance across the pacific, but Trump killed it (which also killed export jobs for us).
