Yeah, PGs are a dime a dozen in this league and Pat isn't really a PG, James is.

my guess is 4 years $26mil.

Yep he loves Houston and Houston loves him

He's a great fit here and he can concentrate on things he's good at and not asked to do more

I believe his mom has a business here and Houston's low cost of living and no state income taxes are pluses as well

Harden is probably the most aggressively defended player in the league.

4 years $25mil is very fair. PGs may be dime a dozen but very few play as hard as Patty B, his defence is infectious. I want to see him in Houston for years to come.

I don't know how much you pay Bev but i have a good feeling Morey probably gets the decision right. I like Bev's fit next to harden as the 3&D PG but we need another creater at point to play when Harden is on the bench. So with that said you can't pay Bev big time money.

We are a crap team without Bev's hustle play .
Just sign him back next season.

I'd be good with anything ranging from $25 to $32 million over 4 years. Anything less and the Rockets would be getting a hell of a bargain. Anything more and it's overpaying like crazy.
