    As you suggested in another thread, I do think Sampson is looking out for his own record since he has head coach ambitions. Especially considering no one knows when/if McHale is going to come back, Sampson is incentivized to get wins by any means necessary... even if that means benching your starting PG who was brought to be part of the team's core. Sampson wants to be able to say "hey, I got us x number of wins, let me step in as permanent head coach this season." Short term goal wins over long term goals for coaches. That's the way it is everywhere in this league and in every other league.

    I'll set my expectation real low, if Lin got more field goals than his turnovers in the Knicks game, $20 goes to cf.net tip jar.

    Should have made this a tip jar bet though...

    I feel like since he is slumping, and this is going to be a nerve racking game, he will have a very bad game. For some reason I also feel the game after Knicks he will get his shooting touch back

    Lol Lin's attitude going into the game is it's going to be fun seeing my friends and playing against them while the Knicks are plotting to embarrass him badly. Oh boy it's going to be fun.

    however, i always believe that in the end wrong reasons will never lead to right results. If this is what coach Sampson really is, he won't make it eventually.
