You left out Mike James. He won a championship with Detroit in 2004.

    And this is important because...?

The fact that Chris Paul and David West haven't even smelled the playoffs didn't prevent them from killing the Mavs and being 1-0 on the Spurs.

Just like that championship Miami team's "championship experience" helped them while getting swept by the "young Bulls"

The bigger question is, how many of our players are TALENTED offensively?

Deke: is retiring (has not been out of the first round for several years)
BJax: is a bench player on his way out
    Bonzi: is gone
James: is gone (didn't play much in the chamionship year)

How many of them are legit NBA starters?

    I would say NONE

Paul and West are still a new duo, there time is here to get to the next stage. The ROX have not brought in any players that have the knowledge of what it takes to get to the next level. I fyou go back to the last 10 years this stat will be much worse.

I believe he was a starter or 6th man type, if u see those "NBA's Greatest Moments" commercials where Wade hits a big shot his rookie season in the playoffs, u can see Rafer running towards him.

Loren Woods was also on that Miami roster

Played all 82 games, started 28 of them, averaged 31.5 minutes.

    10 points, 3 rebounds, 5 assists, 1.5 steals, 37% from 3.

That's fairly important in my opinion.

The rockets as a franchise hasn't been out of the first round since 1997. The only other teams in the NBA that have not advanced from the first round since the rockets did it are Denver, Memphis, Clippers, and the Bobcats!

A fricken decade without winning a first round series!

I cannot believe that, wow forget about T-Mac this organization needs to get out of the first round just so we can never be mentioned in the same sentence as those teams again. WOW!

By the begining of next year I only see Rafer on the existing roster that has been out of the first round.

Imagine trading TMac for Francis 5 years ago in a trade that was supposed to be better for both players and up until today neither one of them have been out of the first round.
