I eat more when I work since I wake up at 4 (due to change maybe soon) But more so snacking constantly through the day The weekends far less, just breakfast and then one main big meal and some junk snacking
huge breakfast with rice and chicken or meat. huge lunch with whatever i can get my hands on during lunch break. huge dinner, sandwich, noodles etc. with lots of snacks.
16-8 fast. I only eat from noon to eight, during the week because I like to drink on the weekends lol Lunch at noon Dinner at 8 Sometimes a snack around 3
Big breakfast as much as I want (my only win of the day) 5:30 => snack 10:00ish => lunch sandwich (one slice of bread) and carrots noonish => snack 3:00 => small dinner various (eat with friends and family) 6:30ish => water only after dark no food at all. No dairy or sugars ever Snack = raw almonds & carrots most of the time. I drink only water => over a gallon and half a day. Been doing this for a year or so. I am still over 290# but have a 38” waistline. Last time I really worked out hard was in the 90’s just can’t get into weightlifting any more and I am to big to run. My hips, knees, ankles and feet all say/scream no. I still skip rope on most days. I know I am not healthy but I truly trying. - Fattz
Keep it up my man. Maybe throw in some daily walking. It does wonders. Stay on the healthy track and eventually you’ll achieve your goal, whatever it is.
The most massive workout you can possibly imagine. 7000-9000 calories burned. Breakfast: full pack of bacon, carton of eggs Lunch: 4 footlong subs. Homemade. Roughly 1lb of protein EACH. Dinner: 2 pizzas, 1 half gallon of ice cream. True, real, absolute and actual PEAK physical condition.
My last post was sarcastic (obviously I hope). But on the real, the best workout possible, for everyone, especially with bad knees, hips, ankles... is SWIMMING. Zero impact, amazing cardio and muscle building. Jumping rope doesn't sound like the best option with lower body pains. There are indoor pools all around that offer memberships or pay-to-swim. Elliptical is another low impact cardio option. Maybe ease into some yoga. Swimming and yoga really unleash buried energy and strength.
srs question, what is it with carrots doe? i know they're good for the eyes, but do they actually help with body weight and health?
Thanks, I have dropped about 35 pounds over the last 17 months. A BMI of 15 is my goal. Here is what I do: Rope 4 minuets => bag 4 minuets => rest 5 minuets => rope 3.5minuets => bag 3.5 => rest 5 minuets => rope 3 minuets. => bag 2.5 minuets. It takes 45 minuets to do and not very pretty. The long term goal is 3 sets of 5 minuets. I have found a rubber mat and new shoes every 9 weeks or so helps.
breakfast @6:00pm,lunch@8:00pm and Dinner a couple of hours later a thyroid test of TSH ,T3,T4,FT3,FT4 maybe a must
1-2 times a day, whenever I can but very rarely in the morning. If I do eat breakfast it’s usually on the weekends. My water and coffee intake however is outrageous.
