How many games will the Rockets win in the regular season ?

Exactly my feelings too, although probably leaning closer to the 59-60 range.

 

Does CP3 miss more or less than 20 games ? If less I will go with 60 if more I say 50-54.

I think around 60something wins, but man...it still rips me up to think of how ****ing CLOSE we were to beating the Warriors, who I despise even more then the Jazz. But they’ve been lucky in terms of injuries for too damn long! This coming season is ours for sure!

For the more than half of you who see this as still a 60+ win team, Vegas has us at 54.5, should be beyond easy money for you.

Defensive versatility was a big reason for our success. That has been reduced with the offseason moves. <55 wins is very pessimistic though if the big three have good health given their record together last year. I am feeling about 58 wins.

I am thinking somewhere in the low sixties. Potentially, the Rockets are a better team than last year at least offensively. Defense, which was great last season is something of a question mark. However, the Rockets should outscore a lot of folks. Melo is a huge X-factor. Is it a "rebirth" or does he become a shell of his former self? Big issue.

 

How do the Warriors have more depth than the Rockets? They have by far the best starting lineup but the bench isnt what it used to be...

 

I think the range is somewhere between 57 and 68 wins. If healthy, I see the Rockets finishing somewhere in the top end of that range and vice versa if relatively injury plagued...

I think rockets also have better starting lineup than the warriors...the warriors' players are overrated...
