Will always support Houston teams... even though we mostly suck.

I don't cheer for other teams or wear their merchandise.

Cleveland, Tampa, Buffalo, Tennessee, Oakland, NYJ, St Louis, etc. They all passed on him. Even the Vikings passed on him the 1st time around.

There's no reason to stop supporting the team.

I'll go to fewer games and not watch every second, but I'll still be a fan.

Plus we need some people to post angry stuff so maybe McNair finally gets a hint

It's one thing to follow a team that isn't winning, but is young and can see the potential, such as Kubiak's first few seasons where it seemed like only poor defense was holding the team back. It's another to follow a team that looks like a complete dumpster fire in all aspects of the game, offense, defense, coaching, drafting, player development.

Vrabel knew something was up when he said we have the nicest team in the league.

    Nicest team in the league

    The almost team

    No one respects this team.

And no, the city should not be proud of these quarterbacks.

I think a fan that would "be done" with his team is far more pathetic.

Big part of the problem are the fans who put down people like the OP.. Keep being an unconditional stick it out fan, and see how much pressure that puts on ownership to make competitive changes. Look at the UT situation this year as a prime example.

    This.

At best it is a mediocre franchise that is incompetent from the ownership down.
The Texans fans deserve better than the **** sandwich they are constantly sold.

Still haven't entirely decided if the organization is so incompetent that they believe their own garbage, or know that Houston fans are like piggies and will slurp up any garbage served up.

college sports is a different type of loyalty than pros. Usually pros is based on location or whatever is shown in that area.

Also ownership is quite different. In college, the alumni, specifically the boosters run the show, they are the billionaires.

In the pros, the owner is the billionaire. Look at the Raiders and Cowboys, Al and Jerry run the show, the fans have zero say.

In college, you can't piss off the boosters and alumni, they bring in too much money.

You are exactly what Uncle Bob, Smith and the boys are counting on.

You can still be a Texans fan but voice your displeasure with how inept the franchise is from the top down.
