They are 2nd in western conference and have a 11-2 record with 9 straight wins. Additions: Robin Lopez, Mo Williams, Dorell Wright, Thomas Robinson, CJ McCollum, Allen Crabbe, Earl Watson how good are the portland trial blazers?
Not as good as their record indicates but so far they look like a playoff team. Def not contenders though.
Still too weak in the middle adding Asik without a major subtraction might make them legit. Not that I'd want to help them but they're supposedly still coveting him, maybe some sort of 3 way trade.....
C.J. McCollum was ROY candidate. Once he comes back in December and Portland flips Mo Williams or allows Myers Leonard to develop, they'll be even better. I'd honestly fear them in the playoffs if they get any kind of consistency out of the rookie and Batum.
Definitely better than their preseason predictions, but definitely worse than their current record indicates. They've had a bunch of close wins against pretty soft competition. If they're still keeping this up by the All Star Break then I'll buy it but not right now. I still say 6-8 seed in the end, but they're a good story right now.
I dunno, they look pretty good. Not that long ago though that we beat up on this team and that was when we were starting the TT.
They are a pretty good team who will be 6th-8th seed in the West at the end of the season. They'd be 2nd or 3rd seed in the Least, lol.
The Blazers may be this year's version of the Warriors, an unexpected team sneaking up in the Western conference. I don't think they are contenders though. Currently, OKC, SA, Clippers, Rox, and a full strength Warriors are all better teams than Portland currently. As the season goes on things will even out. I feel Blazers will definitely contend for playoffs this year though and could be a scary match up.
I dunno man, still waiting on the decisions of the judges. I hear their attorney is pretty good Hopefully the Supreme Court won't have to get involved. The jury is still out on this one ;-)
30pts-21reb-3ast-3blk-3stl for LMA tonight over the Warriors There are few players left in the NBA who can defend that guy.
Blazers had an easy schedule against some bad teams, got lucky vs. Bulls when Derrick Rose went down with injury, and got lucky tonight @ Golden State when Bogut started a team brawl that swung the momentum of the game. So I think maybe it's some kind of voodoo witchcraft.
i love the Trail Blazers, they are just that one extra piece away from truly being in the mix of the top western teams, just that one extra borderline all star player or a veteran who can guide the team
He is my second choice. But I would still rather have Kevin love. Then again t jones is looking freaking great right now. And should only get better next year when we are really ready to contend. So... Might as well wait on Durant haha
