    1. Buy a ****load of gunpowder.
    2. Start saving all of your empty toilet paper cardboard rolls.
    3. Collect a ball of string.

I can't do it all for you. You're on your own from here.

Can you ask your friend if I can meet with him to pick his brain over coffee sometime?

    Thanks.

I think step one involves obtaining fireworks. Actually now that I think about it-step one is acquiring money to buy the fireworks.

In my hilarious quip, which overexplanation is now in the process of shooting in the head and burying in a shallow grave, black cat refers to both a black guy and a firecracker.

It was actually a great quip, but you should have just left it alone and not explained it. Mr. Brightside style.

It's a pretty tight fraternity so to speak and most of the big guys make a ton of cash. I think it's purposely tight because it's so lucrative and these guys operate a franchise type model with their business. My friends take home I believe about 50-60k per year now only working about 3-3.5 months a year. Couple years back was slower though with drought.

Sorry OP, we'd have to know each other pretty well in RL in order for me to do something like that. Maybe those websites up a few posts are a good place to meet someone.

Sounds like something I'd like to finance, but the day-to-day operations? Hell no.

If selling fireworks is anything like working in a carnival- count me in.
