noise at Arco really? I've been to noisy places especially for Basketball, but I don't know about ARCO Arena for the Sacramento Kings. I live in New Mexico and I go to UNM LOBO games at the world famous Pit every time they come around and I have never seen opposing coaches/players or Security guards wear ear corks. That;s the only word that came to mind for what they wear. But people normally wear those at NASCAR races for the cars and those type events. But at a <I>Basketball Game?</i> That's pretty crazy.
