Yeah, it was located where Splash Town is. I remember going when I was 5 or 6 years old (it was only open 2 years before it went under). I don't remember it that much, but I remember vividly this tunnel you'd go through and stand against the wall. It would flash and leave your shadow on the wall.
People over 40 probably shouldn't get belligerently drunk and post on social media/sports websites either.
They had that at Astroworld - after they closed the Alpine Sleigh Ride they reopened the mountain as a kids play area. You walked through the tunnel in the mountain and it left your shadow on the wall after the light flashed.
This had a far better chance of being built than that train that was supposed to run between Dallas and Houston.
Anyone know if Typhoon Texas would be any fun for an adult couple for a day? Daughter will be in daycare and the wife and I want to do something more fun than going to a movie or bowling.
that seems to be the thing people over 40 should be doing. angry drunk grandpa/uncle hashtags are trying to be cool, drunk ranting not so much

I always get so excited when this thread is bumped. Mostly for the ima_drummer posts and snark. What a treasure.
I've waited almost a year for an update. Anyone know what Monorail Monty Gallard is up to? You just made my day.
