It was July 4th, and after several days of constant deliberation, Dwight Howard still could not decide. The Rockets sounded really good to him, but his trusty agent Dan Fegan kept on telling him that Daryl Morey was an evil mad scientist who would ruin Dwight's career. So, unable to come to a conclusion, Dwight decided to wait on a sign from the universe. And later that day, the sign finally came. Dwight was in a local grocery store when, suddenly, a young basketball fan approached him. That fan was Kevin Chaiken, a die-hard Mavs fan, who also suspiciously looked startlingly similar to Mark Cuban. Kevin implored Dwight to join the Mavs, and Dwight took this as a sign and made his decision. He would sign with the Dallas Mavericks. Filled with joy, Dwight skipped out of the grocery store, hurrying to tell Fegan the good news. On his way out, however, dozens of fans stopped to ask him to take a picture. And guess what? They were all from Houston. Dwight immediately changed his mind about the Mavs, as all the Houston fans really, really wanted him to play for the Rockets. So, this thread is for all the Houstonians in Aspen. You guys delivered to us Dwight Howard. Thank you!
You should at least post the link to the article you got this from (sounds a bit embellished from the original version). The article I read said that he was asking God for signs, and almost everyone he kept running into (for photos, handing him business cards, etc.) were from Houston. He took that as a sign. The dragon was slain, the knight crowned king, and they lived happily ever after.
Whats funny is that it's always like that in aspen . A large percentage of the property is owned by Texans and people from Houston , been that way for years . It wasn't some sign from above .

I was laughing when Dwight said that in his interview cause my sister told me a bunch of her friends saw him in aspen and told him to join the rockets, after they told him he smiled and said "wooow"
Aaaah, but he unknowingly vacationed at a place where a large percentage of the property is owned by Texans and people from Houston! See? Sign. Delivered.
