Players I'm actually excited about in this coming draft and current DX rankings:

    1. Davis - superstar potential, safest pick there is.
    2. Drummond - very risky, but franchise player potential regardless.
    6. Sullinger - skilled big man with post skills always a premium. Even though not super athletic, see recent success of Al Jefferson & Kevin Love. P.S. He plays center.
(12.) Jeremy Lamb? - can he become a Jason Terry kind of player? Does he have that kind of killer instinct?
    14. Kendall Marshall - awesome distributor, really want to see what he becomes. Andre Miller clone sounds good enough.
    18. Quincy Miller - high role player potential, plus can improve once he gets over the ACL injury?
    20. Jeff Taylor - super polished SF in Shane Battier mode. Skilled, high role player potential, great intangibles but low ceiling. We don't need someone like him with Parsons though.
    26. Royce White - the ultimate gamble. I'll take the second coming of Lamar Odom with a low first rounder!

Conclusion: mid first rounders are practically worthless. It's trade up to top 5 or bust. We can only afford to take one first rounder this year - I'd trade down, trade picks for future picks, if at all possible.

BTW MKG sounds like Gerald Wallace II, which I mean - would you trade Lowry for Wallace?? Really?
T-Rob doesn't seem to have superstar potential - I'd rather work on PPat and hope he really develops next year, which is worth at least a shot. Barnes sounds like a Richard Jefferson type. Beal... Oh god. Let's not go there.
