Pippen is a douche, but I kinda agree with some of his strategies here, and he is also showing respect for Harden. How can you not?!?

Tmac taliking about that one Harden step back where he traveled like it's gospel shows jealousy and saltiness, plus his lack of ability to analyze hardens game also shows the dumbiness that surely turned his natural talents into a second rate "star" career.

In the end, I want my 5 minutes back.

It's just surprising for me to see on a Houston forum. T-mac is one of the top 5 most talented wings I've seen in my life. You guys had the pleasure of watching him every single night so I was expecting a lot more support towards him here of all places. Personally, I don't think Harden is anywhere close to T-mac.

Harden is putting up Oscar Robertson and it's the main reason the Rockets are on this surge. As great as Kobe was, notice how Harden can get comparable scoring numbers, yet is unselfish with ball and doesn't shoot the team out of the game.

 

Yep, also...It's funny how people talk about the great numbers the Big O and Wilt put up, but the amount of 'D' that was played there was pretty laughable. You look at old, old school highlights and it's rare to see anyone put hands on anyone. But I suppose if you don't compare everyone to every possible scenario they can to belittle their achievement then it really isn't "analysis"....still...if everything is just SOOOOO easy now...why isn't everyone scoring 30 a game? Does everyone just suck now compared to the great 80's and 90's? There was a thread just started about how games were officiated pretty similar to how they are now wrt to hand checking and what not...I guess that doesn't mean dick.

I was watching some rockets game the other day with JVG commentating. He basically said Harden is overplayed but if hes good with it then it's great. Said he tried same with T-Mac and was affraid looking at him cause he would look at him mad to let him rest so Tracy please shut up about usage rate

 

Many stars in the 00s did not focus too much on efficiency.

Apart from injuries which derailed his career, Tracy never shot efficiently, if he managed to shoot close to Curry or Harden, it's Game Over.

He had some nice Playoff stats but his teams never advanced far.

He also hired some bad fitness gurus who ruined his body and back early on.
