Seriously why a low-edge quality education system such as HCC? They couldn't get U of H at the very least? Hell UH Downtown even (my current school) lol
You think UH is a top school? Lol and I guess. But I think a top-10 franchise in terms of value can do better than HCC. Besides, you can't compare how much cheaper UH is to Rice. It's not even that much more than HCC.
Not the top school, but if you need to work full time and get a quality degree, this is second to none. What better ways to get your network/connections before you get your degree?
Some people can't get into them too academically. A degree is not a degree. Where you get the degree does matter quite a bit. Keep telling yourself that.
UH isn't elite by any stretch, but for the amount you are paying, you are getting a lot out of it. According to the Princeton Review, you get more per dollar out of a UH education than most every school in Texas and the nation.
