Thanks to the "unknown" Jeff Balke for the writeup.

Made it into the print edition as well.

The slogan was basically adopted to support small businesses in Austin, keeping its uniqueness. And keeping large chain stores and restaurants out.

Austin's weird. We like it that way. Someone dreamed up the slogan and it stuck.

Are their teams that don't have corporate people in most of the expensive teams?

Sounds like an excuse, not a reason.

I hate hipsters... but at the same time hipsters are what make Austin... Austin.

You should make this shirt with that design on the back and a small design on the front on the upper left that says like Keep Houston Beard with a beard around it.. I would buy one for sure, Im just not a fan of big designs on the front of t shirts. I bet those would sell too, just an idea.

I had heard rumors of an Ed Reed edition in the future? Any truth to that?

if you're gonna make money off of a player's identity, then you should donate a portion of your profits to the team charity (since James doesn't have his own). Fair is fair.
