So you can see House is suppose to be a bad defender.....yet the team was plus19 (On) and minus787 (off)

I still stand by my assessment that I would take House over MCW.

MCW was a rookie in 13/14. The league has changed since 14/15.......& MCW’s points have steadily decreased since; conveniently.

He looked like he was the best player on the SL team, but players like that are dime a dozen. Nothing really stood out about him but he did have a nice shot.

@ApacheWarrior you'll notice Danuel House was waived before the season begun. This is exactly what I told you would happen, because the guy was just a training camp body.

Please quote me 10 pages of stats again to show how much of a clueless idiot I am for telling you the truth about Danuel 'the stiff' House.

You might also notice Jerebko is still on their roster, and MCW looked halfway decent for us in the preseason. You would be fleeced if you were a GM

Apologies for the bump to everyone else!!

Because he was released by the best team doesn’t mean the guy can’t play. You conveniently over look the fact that he played in the NBA last year. You try to make it sound like he has always been a summer league like....and that only.

You are one of these dumb ignorant people that don’t think anyone can break through.....and yet Hassan Whiteside
did.......now making $25 mil. You dumb *&&.......just keep patting yourself on the back thinking you are something
smart. His career is not over yet.

    Now you're changing your argument.

You were saying Morey was an idiot for letting House go - and the evidence was that the Warriors signed him. I told you it was a non-guaranteed contract and he would OBVIOUSLY be cut before the season started. You came back with 'yeah right, he's better than Jerebko, and better than MCW'. I said he wasn't, and the evidence would be that Jerebko would be kept by the Warriors over House.

You can't come back and call me dumb because a 25 year old short (like really short) face up PF who can't defend (all points I made) got cut, just like I said he would be. How am I dumb?

I thought I was right, and you were wrong - including your endless lines of stats that proved nothing since you were wrong. lol. And now you're doubling down on DanUel House???

    tldr? you were wrong.

I’m not changing the argument. I said House can play. On a Suns team that played horrendous last year, House was one of the bright spots. He can score if given a chance. Bernard King could score but was not a great defender. Allan Houston could score but not much of a defender. Allen Crabbe can score but not much of a defender. Evan Turner can score but not much of a defender. House fits in that same mold.....
can score but not a great defender.

I don’t think I called Morey an idiot. The two most complete teams couldn’t work him into their teams. I would still take. House over Jerebko PF spot. I’m not saying House will give you 20 points a game, but 10 points are doable for this guy. What did Jerebko give Utah last year? Hawks are going to start 100 year old Vince Carter next to Trae Young; someone
going to tell me House couldn’t beat out Vince Carter? Carter might give the Hawks some defense, but the offensive
nod goes to House easily. Spurs would do good with House.....Rudy Gay game at a slightly small frame. Spurs would do
well with House if they didn’t have so many drafted commodities.

Lin was cut several times before latching on. Whiteside was cut several times before making it. What I’m saying is
idiots like you cut short or snub guys just because they weren’t drafted.....easy to do because odds say you should
be right......but it doesn’t always mean you are right. If House latches on with another team I will be sure to bring
it to your attention. I would not be surprised if he does well elsewhere....I’m just glad the Warriors decided
on keeping Jerebko or some of these other lame-o’s that have always been injured since they drafted them.
House could have come back to burn us (Rockets).

Funny how people let MCW put up stats in a rookie year as a top option (but trash efficiency) but will criticize House or pay no attention to him.
House could do the same if given minutes, and people ball at that. House was only given 23 games with the Suns
at the end of the year to audition. Maybe both are trash or maybe both can play?

Oh man, this is like the 'eyes on Jimmy Butler' thread, but more concise.

Never trust the stats of a role player on a horrendously bad team. Bad teams tend to play a lot of non-team oriented ball, which allows mediocre players to look pretty good, stat-wise. Michael Beasley could've scored 30ppg on that Suns team, because that's the kind of me-first basketball he excels at.

Exactly my point on MCW (rookie year). Number one option on a last place team that was tanking.
Give Danuel House the number one option tag with the same number of minutes.

House could be another deep bench Troy Williams. At least House can shoot....MCW has never proven to shoot.
MCW in preseason got open lanes because of Harden and CP3. That might even work in the regular season some.
But vs the Warriors they played Draymond Green on Rondo and then dropped Green into the paint. Packing the
paint is what CP3 & Harden don’t need. Warriors made Rondo beat them from the outside and they will do the same
    to MCW.

MCW in the preseason (2 games) was:
    5/6 (FG’s)
    7/12 (FG’s)
    __________
    12/18 (FG’s) 67%.........but 9/11 (FT’s) & 10/13 (FT’s). Do you think teams in the playoffs are going to let
MCW get to the rim like in preseason? A lot of fouls because teams are getting use to the grasping
freedom rule. MCW did his part by finally knocking down some lay ups.....but was 0-2 in 3’s and I don’t remember
many mid range shots knocked down by MCW in preseason. So the point total outcome of MCW might be
“Fools Gold”. Stat padding by way of free throws.

I trust House to step up (run off 3-pt line) and hit a mid range here and there. Once House makes a couple he is capable of going off for
20 points before you know it. I fear House getting 20 points against Houston in one playoffs series in one playoff
game, like Troy Daniels did to Portland. I don’t fear MCW hurting Houston offensively or defensively, and I definitely
don’t fear Jerebko offensively or defensively. Utah he scored about 6 points, Boston was about 5 and 4 points in
    separate years.

I would agree with you except for one thing: House pretty much sucks. And all 30 NBA teams have 15 or 16 players they valued more than him, which should tell you something.

Looks like Mike & Morey & staff highly prefer MCW, who is light years better as a defender.
