    What's the deal with Montgomery? Is he injured? Why place him on the reserves list so early?

    word is his back injury caused him to be out of shape..AKA he failed his conditioning test

    Nice start to his career. All the stuff we heard about him after the draft is a cause for concern.


    I'm still glad that we're taking risks these days though.

    I don't know about that guy, he's starting to cause some concerns. He was out of shape for rookie camp and then he wasn't picking up the scheme, now he's outta shape again. Just happy they also have Trevardo Williams, he seems to have more focus and discipline

    It's more than just being in shape, it's about his commitment/character. Don't forget that this is the same guy who admitted to taking not just plays, but games off. Granted, I think his comments had some validity, but still...his effort was a cause for concern during the draft.

    That being said, let's hope it's because of the back and not because he was eating boudin all summer

    eh...I have faith in Kubiak's ability to find Rb talent anywhere. There was no need to spend a 3rd round pick on it this year
