    Hi guys.

I'm looking for a general workout book that will help me workout at home. I'm a total novice looking to bulk up a bit. I already have "The Great Dumbbell Handbook" and I'm considering "Men's Health Home Workout Bible."

I'm also looking for books that will teach a dumb bachelor like me how to make quick and healthy meals. My motto is: if it takes more than 15 minutes I'm not making it!

One book I'm considering is the "The Weeknight Survival Cookbook" which teaches you how to make one big meal for th entire week.

My diet is pretty bad. When I'm not eating out (which is 90% of the time) I end up eating cereal and beer. I really need some easy and healthy ideas. :)

    Thanks!
