Stop pretending like you know what you're talking about. I think you just assumed that just because she had pneumonia she is contagious (you clearly have no clue). The hospital, doctors, and staff all have their jobs on the line for making a diagnosis like this...and it isn't a difficult one that someone who hasn't gone to medical school or knows jack about needs to dispute. Chest X-ray sputum culture blah. You have your diagnosis.

If you would like to speculate on saying she has something additional to that, then that is different. Saying she doesn't have pneumonia shows how much of an asshat you are and why you should be relegated to the stupid corner.

Go read up on the common causes of community acquired pneumonia, the organisms, whether they are commensal etc. If you still haven't arrived at your answer you have no business speaking on this issue any further.
