    Those aren't picks..

I've seen the Grizzlies players set similar ones.

before this series, wasnt there some press release from curry talking about physical contact coming from the rockets and that the refs need to look out for it?

AND... specifically Curry. I would just dive at his knees backwards like Green to Ariza. He should have been fined for the flop and a flagrant. That could have seriously injured Ariza. See Smith barely rolling up on Howard. It's gregious.

3 consecutive possessions of that scenario and the refs will start pondering their highlight segment and scrutiny under the magnifying glass on sportscenter. of course this is an extreme action to take on our part, but we are not going to beat them 4 times with curry getting 13 wide open shots per game anyways…..and it's not like mchale is going to storm the court and take tech, not his style. anything beats just getting punked by john flopton's proteges with no response.

Someone needs to compile these clips to a youtube video so we can make it go viral.

Curry and Thompson ones seem to be fair. Everyone does it. Bogut's moving and holding screens are one of the worst in the league

A few of you guys seem to think some of them are ok. That means some are not. Anyone care to explain why there wasn't one single moving screen call made in the entire game on either team? It's as if the refs were instructed not to make that call with the way they were setting them and by the end it got out of control. It's like they completely forgot that call existed.

Regardless, it benefits the Rockets because they have better shooters who can shoot off the dribble and catch and shoot.

I just hope calling moving screens is no longer the first point of emphasis for the remainder of the playoffs. When it is the first point of emphasis they suck at calling them.

My post from another thread. They actually committed 3 illegal screens in 4 seconds.

Click here to skip directly to the play.

To break down this play where the Warriors run Curry through three screens from the far side to the near side.

(10:30-10:32) Illegal Screen 1: Brewer is guarding Curry and cuts him off from going along the sideline. Curry makes an excellent cut back in to get by Brewer. At the same time, Green comes up to set a “blind screen” behind Brewer. I see three issues with this screen. When you set a blind screen you must give a step of room so the defender can avoid the contact. Green is also still moving his upper body when the contact happens. The third issue is that Green uses his left arm to hook and pulls Brewer’s left arm to slow him down even more. Overall analysis: Not usually called by the refs and a standard playoff "hold."

(10:32-10:33) Illegal Screen 2: Brewer is still giving chase, goes around Smith and then decides to come over the next screen as Curry has cut hard along the baseline to curl back towards the passer. The next screener for this set play is Thompson. He is setting up to screen Brewer (or Smith if the Rockets switched) assuming that he would chase Curry baseline. Thompson sees that Brewer is going over the screens and isn’t able to get to the spot in time to set a legal screen. Instead, Thompson throws out his hips and arms in an attempt to slow Brewer more. He gets enough contact and affects the play. Overall analysis: Really weak attempt at a screen and should have been called a foul.

(10:33-10:34) Illegal Screen 3: This one is the most obvious missed call. Barnes has been watching the play develop and he correctly positions himself to set a legal screen based on the path that Brewer has taken. Brewer sees Barnes and attempts to go around him to the left. Barnes blatantly sticks his right hip and elbow out, chips Brewer, and completely takes him out of play for guarding Curry. Jones makes a good enough switch onto Curry and denies the corner 3. Curry has to break towards the passer and the play continues on. Overall analysis: This is by far the worst no call and matches a lot of the videos in the league emphasis notice.

Yeah, I didn't even post about those because they are so common and are done so often.

If they hook you arm on a screen .. . .Grab and pull down . . . .. .try to take it out the socket

If they say what happened . .. say . . his arm should not have been out on a screen

Yeah, your gifs are well done and show more holding than hip/elbow checking our defenders. The Warriors will need the refs to swallow their whistles because their half court offense is built around getting shooters open through screening and timing their passes as the cutter becomes open. If they are getting whistled for moving screens they will have to rely on Curry creating and shooting off the dribble, Green posting up, and Thompson pull ups.

How does Bogut get away with this?

I mean...his hands are not even down at his waist half the time? WTF is this? At least Garnett was in proper posture and Garnett would get called for it like twice a game...

Bogut gets away with murder man.
