Hey guys, sorry to pester, but I need some serious help. I was wondering if any of you corporate gurus would send me some ideas for a paper I have to write. Basically my group has started a mock company where we sell DJ record bags. I was wondering if any one would have advise on what corporate legal issues my company may face. Also, if anybody could send me a company code of ethics, an employee contract, information about a companies insurance plan, and company rule guidelines. If anyone has even one of these it would be of great help. And I figure you guys know how to come through in the Clutch.
